At Goose Creek Candle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused candles in their original packaging to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring all protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
